MIKE KEATON

IMPACT CONSULTANT AND COACH

Mike grew up in Miami, FL, and now calls Georgia home. He received his Bachelor of Science from Baptist University in Pastoral Ministry and a Master of Arts and Master of Divinity from Luther Rice Seminary. 

While serving as a Student Pastor, the Lord revealed to Mike that the mission of the Church was, and is, “making disciples.” This realization led to a desire to pastor a disciple-making church and church planting. After ten years in church planting, he became a pastor at Crossroads Church, Newnan, GA, where he still currently serves as the Executive Pastor.

Mike is passionate about the local church, God’s Word, and discipling. A huge part of living out those passions involves his work as a trainer and consultant with Impact Discipleship Ministries as a partner ministry of Crossroads Church! 

He loves his wife of 30+ years, Angie, his three children, grandchildren, and the Miami Dolphins!
