of Lou Gehrig and the New York Yankees. As a 17-year-old, I signed
with the Yankees and ended up playing a dozen years for them while
they were winning League and World Championships. But even more
important, as a teenager my pastor led me to Christ, and I married a
wonderful woman who also knew Christ as Savior and Lord. As a
professional player, coach and Athletic Director, I’ve been associated
with so many who have made a difference in the world for Christ
