Shipping Policy
Shipping Days: Impact Discipleship Ministries ships all orders every Tuesday and Thursday morning. To ensure that your item is shipped out, please place your order online by 9AM that morning, otherwise, we cannot guarantee your order will be shipped out until the next shipping day.
Shipping Information: We use USPS Priority Shipping for all packages. You can email us at info@impactdisciples.com for tracking information at any point.
Shipping Timing: While most packages will arrive anywhere from 1-3 days after they have shipped out, there can be unforeseen delays, so please allow up to 14 days for shipping. You will receive an email from us if there are unforseen delays with your package.
Shipping Cancelation: Shipping cannot be refunded after the package has shipped out. Order can be returned and full order minus shipping will be refunded. You can also decline the package when it arrives. If item has not been shipped out, the order can be cancelled and will be fully refunded to customer by Impact.
Shipping Error by Customer: If the customer enters the wrong mailing address on his or her original receipt and the package has not shipped, the address can corrected. If the package has already shipped, Impact will not be responsible for replacing the package. Customer must place another order to receive a package at the new address. No refund will be issued.
Shipping Error by Impact: If Impact staff enter a mailing address not identical to the address listed on the customer’s original receipt, Impact will fully cover replacing and shipping the package to the correct address.
Shipping Error by USPS: A tracking can be provided to customer upon request. In the rare case that the package status shows as “delivered” by USPS, but the customer has not received the package (whether because of theft or some failture of USPS services), Impact Discipleship Ministries is not responsible for replacing the package, and a report must be filed by customer with USPS. Impact staff will also work with customer to resolve the issue if possible. If USPS is unable to locate the package, Impact will allow customer to replace package contents AT COST plus shipping. Customer will place this new “at cost” order over the phone with Director of Operations.
