Our orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped out every Tuesday morning. To ensure that your order goes out on Tuesday morning, we recommend that you complete your order by 7 pm (EST) on Monday.
While USPS Priority Mail usually arrives within 2-3 business days of shipping, please allow for up to two weeks to cover any delays that may occur. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with more detailed information on the shipping for your order.
→ What if I need to change the shipping address?
A: Please call or email us right away if you notice an error in the shipping information you entered for your order. We will do our best to accommodate this request, but we do not guarantee delivery to the new address. If the item ends up getting shipped to the initial shipping address on your order when the item was purchased, and you want a replacement item mailed to a different address, we will send out a new item to the new shipping address and charge you cost plus shipping.
→ What if I need to edit my order after I have already placed it?
A: Please call or email us right away if you notice an error in the shipping information you entered for your order. We will do our best to accommodate this request, however, if your package has already been shipped out, you cannot cancel your order. If you would like to return the items mistakenly ordered, you may ship them back to Impact Ministries within 30 days of purchase in the condition in which they arrived to you, and Impact will refund you for the resources. Shipping will not be refunded. We will send a replacement order to you at cost plus shipping.
→ What if my item was shipped to the wrong address?
A: If this is our mistake, we will ship out a new item at no cost to you. If this is your mistake, we will ship out a new item and charge you cost plus shipping. This will require additional time to prepare and ship out your new order (see expected USPS Priority Mail details above.)
→ What if my item is lost in the mail?
A: If your item’s tracking information says DELIVERED, we are not responsible if the package is lost/stolen. We will send a new item and charge you cost plus shipping if you want to purchase a replacement. If your item’s tracking information doesn’t get updated for several days, then your item is truly lost and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. This will require additional time to prepare and ship out your new order (see expected USPS Priority Mail details above.)
Impact Discipleship Ministries will be happy to accept and fully refund all returned orders that:
– arrive back at our office within 30 days of the date of purchase date on receipt
– arrive back in the condition in which they were sent out
If you wish to insure that your return is received by our office, email us at email@example.com and let us know to be looking for your package. We will send a refund receipt via email once your package arrives.
Return shipping is covered by the customer. Customer will receive a full refund for all materials originally purchased. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
